Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting a refund, and the timeframes involved.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
3. Processing Timeframes
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Downloadable software products or digital goods
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines
- Personalized, custom-made, or bespoke goods
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance'
